Assembly is easy, just insert the various interlocking parts, assemble the pole, and put it vertical, stretch it just enough to squeeze it between the floor and the ceiling and it's ready for your workouts.

Lupit Extensions 500mm x 3.3 metres

Required if you have a ceiling higher than 2.8m the extension is needed to reach up to 3.3m.

Once the pole has been clamped between the ceiling and the floor, the pieces tighten one to the other making the pole as a single piece.
