Struttura e Composizione Palo Pole dance Brass
Il palo deve essere costituito da un corpo tubolare in ottone in un unico pezzo per tutta la sua lunghezza utilizzabile, montato verticalmente su una base. Per garantire la rigidità e flessione necessaria a norme IPSF e sicurezza, il tubo di ottone deve avere un'anima interna di rinforzo in acciaio. Quest'ultima deve essere fissata saldamente alla parete interna del tubo esterno per assicurarne la totale immobilità.
Dimensioni e Spessori
Le norme stabiliscono misure precise per garantire uniformità e resistenza:
Diametro esterno: Deve essere costante e pari a 45 mm.
Spessore dell'ottone: Il tubo esterno deve avere uno spessore di 2 mm (con una tolleranza di ±1 mm).
Spessore dell'anima d'acciaio: Deve essere di 4 mm o superiore.
Qualità dei Materiali e Sicurezza
L'ottone utilizzato non deve essere elettro-galvanizzato (electro-plated). Inoltre, i metalli impiegati nella fabbricazione devono essere privi di sostanze che possano causare reazioni allergiche (come il nichel). Il materiale deve garantire un alto livello di aderenza (grip) che rimanga efficace in ogni condizione climatica e non deve deteriorarsi con l'uso di prodotti comuni per aumentare la presa.
Resistenza Strutturale
Il palo e i relativi sistemi di fissaggio devono essere progettati per resistere a sollecitazioni estreme: devono sopportare una forza laterale di 180 kg applicata da un atleta in movimento dinamico. Durante l'uso, la flessione laterale massima consentita non deve superare i 20 mm. Infine, il palo deve funzionare correttamente senza produrre rumori provenienti dalle parti meccaniche in movimento.

Your Pole will be manufactured to fit your ceiling height perfectly and will come preinstalled on the 6th hole from the top of the nozzle. But If needed the hole can be changed and additional adjustments can be made to gain or retract the height of your Pole (- 5cm and + 5 cm). With this, you can additionally adjust your Pole to perfectly fit your space.

For mirror-polished brass poles, the safest approach is to dissolve and wipe off the wax, not to scrape, polish, or use abrasive cleaners. Brass is much softer than stainless steel, and Mirror-polished brass scratches very easily.
Purpose The poles have been protected for international transport with a temporary anti-corrosion wax coating. This coating must be removed before use.
• Clean microfiber cloths (lint-free) • Mild mineral spirits (white spirit) or odorless petroleum solvent. Optional remove with: o Mineral spirits o Isopropyl alcohol o Citrus-based degreasers o Warm detergent solution • Mild dish soap • Warm water • Clean dry microfiber cloths • Nitrile gloves
Avoid aggressive solvents such as: • Acetone • Paint thinners • Lacquer removers • Abrasive cleaners • Steel wool • Scotch-Brite pads • Polishing compounds These products may damage or scratch the polished brass surface.
Step 1 – Initial Inspection Inspect the pole surface for any visible dust or particles. Before wiping, remove loose dust using a clean microfiber cloth. Important: Never rub dirt particles against the brass surface.
Step 2 – Dissolve the Wax 1. Apply a small amount of mineral spirits to a microfiber cloth. 2. Wipe the pole section gently along the length of the tube. 3. Allow the solvent to soften the wax for approximately 30–60 seconds. 4. Continue wiping until the wax is removed. Do not pour solvent directly onto the pole. A non-aggressive solvent is generally recommended for removing wax and grease residues from polished brass surfaces.
Step 3 – Wash the Surface After wax removal: 1. Mix warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. 2. Wipe the entire pole with a clean microfiber cloth. 3. Remove any remaining solvent residue. Mild soap and water are considered the safest cleaning method for finished brass surfaces.
Step 4 – Dry Immediately Dry the pole completely using a clean microfiber cloth. Do not allow water to air-dry on the brass surface.
Step 5 – Final Inspection The surface should appear: • Uniform • Clean • Free of oily residue • Free of fingerprints
